What is Famalon’s returns policy?

As Famalon partners with retailers from all over the world, returns policies vary by item.

The products are fine, but I changed my mind

Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 10 days of receiving your order. (If the product has not been shipped yet, we will give you a refund immediately. If the product has been sent, please send it back to us after receiving the goods. We will give you a refund after receiving the return goods . )

Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.You just contact us.

Products with quality problems

We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period listed in the table below. If a product is not listed, the warranty period is 14 days. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement.

How to return?

You just need to contact us and send it back to the address on the package and give us the tracking number.

Notice: You can get a refund within 10 days of receipt of the product, we can refuse to return if the product beyond 10 days. The product for refund must be guaranteed not washed, not soiled, and the label is in good condition.
